Collectors of historic engines, outboard motors, tractors, and other vehicles will be on site showcasing their machines. Hanford Mills staff and volunteers will also display and demonstrate some of the engines and machinery that are in our own collection, including our steam boiler and steam engines. On Sunday, Pamela Cooley, who regularly gives demonstrations and workshops at Hanford Mills, will showcase the use of the woodfired cookstove in the historic Hanford House, preparing dishes that go along well with the theme of the event.

Food will be available for purchase from Helen’s Little Kitchen on both days, and local vendors will be on site selling handmade products. Admission will be by donation rather than our usual rates.
